This Policy applies to customers, prospective customers, drone owners, pilots, account administrators, authorized users, dealer contacts, business representatives, website visitors, and other individuals whose Personal Information is processed through the Services. It does not govern Exedy workforce or job-applicant information unless a separate notice expressly incorporates this Policy.

This Policy is a notice of our data practices. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have reviewed this Policy. Where consent is required by law, Exedy will request it separately and will not treat mere use of the Services as consent.

01Who Is Responsible for Your Information

1.1Exedy

EXEDY Globalparts Corporation is responsible for Personal Information collected through the Site, product sales and registration, the Exedy Online Account, the Software, connected Products, dealer and service operations, warranty administration, and Exedy marketing activities, except where this Policy identifies another party as independently responsible.

1.2Software Service Providers

Exedy delivers the Software through Exedy's American built and supported software and technology ecosystem. Certain Software features, including the Exedy Online Account, the Exedy Flight App, and the integrations available within the Exedy Software Platform, are developed, hosted, or supported by service providers acting on our behalf. When these service providers handle Personal Information to provide the Services, they do so for Exedy and under contractual obligations to Exedy, and that processing is governed by this Policy.

1.3Authorized Dealers and Other Partners

Exedy works with a dealer-network enablement partner that supports dealer-network development, dealer onboarding, training, and localized service. Authorized Exedy dealers may collect information directly from you and may share relevant sales, reservation, training, service, warranty, and support information with Exedy. Dealers and other partners may have their own privacy notices and may be independently responsible for their practices.

1.4Business Customer and Service-Provider Roles

When a business customer or account administrator uploads or generates Personal Information about pilots, employees, contractors, customers, landowners, applicators, or other individuals, that business may be the data controller or business responsible for providing notices and obtaining any required permissions. Exedy may process that information as a service provider or processor under the customer's instructions, subject to the customer agreement and any applicable data-processing terms.

5.1Automated Decision-Making

Exedy may use automated tools to route leads, identify service needs, detect security or safety anomalies, prioritize support, or personalize marketing. Exedy does not intend to use Personal Information to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about individuals without providing any notice, consent, opt-out, or appeal required by applicable law.

06Field, Flight, and Operational Data

The Exedy Online Account and connected Products may collect precise location and detailed operational information because those data are necessary for mission planning, aircraft control, safety, maintenance, warranty, compliance support, and performance analysis. Some features may not function if required location, device, or operational permissions are disabled.

Exedy may use identifiable Operational Data to provide the Services, investigate incidents, support warranty and repair decisions, improve safety and reliability, administer authorized dealer support, and comply with law. Exedy may also use aggregated or de-identified Operational Data to improve Products and Software, develop performance benchmarks, and analyze industry or equipment trends.

Exedy does not use identifiable Customer Content to solicit or serve your customers on behalf of an unrelated operator.

Business customers remain responsible for determining whether they have authority to upload or process information about customers, pilots, employees, contractors, landowners, field locations, chemical applications, or other individuals, and for providing legally required notices or obtaining required permissions.

7.2Sale, Sharing, and Targeted Advertising

Exedy does not sell Personal Information for money. However, our disclosure of identifiers and internet or electronic activity to advertising and analytics partners for cross-context behavioral advertising or targeted advertising may be considered a "sale," "sharing," or targeted-advertising processing under certain state laws.

Where required, you may opt out through the "Your Privacy Choices" or "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link on the Site, through our cookie preference center, or by using a legally recognized universal opt-out preference signal, such as Global Privacy Control. Exedy will process recognized preference signals as required by applicable law. Browser "Do Not Track" signals are not standardized, and Exedy does not respond to them unless required by law.

Disabling cookies does not necessarily disable all tracking technologies and may affect Site functionality. You may also adjust browser, device, and advertising-platform settings. Marketing opt-out choices do not prevent transactional, safety, recall, account, or service communications.

08How We Disclose Information
